Hello, I’m Laura
Over the last 20+ years, I’ve helped a lot of well known and interesting brands grow their businesses by providing tangible insight from data across different industry sectors.
I am particularly passionate about the high street and am an advocate for the importance of having a vibrant and welcoming local community. I believe having a data led approach we can be smarter in how we improve and adapt spaces that work for the local community, creating a vibrant, bespoke and relevant hub.
I am a Chartered Statistician with the Royal Statistical Society, have recently joined the Institute of Place Management(IPM) as an associate, and have a BSc & MSc in Statistics.
Over the years, I have worked client-side at M&S, Waitrose and BSkyB, and since going into consultancy, I have worked with lots of lovely clients such as The Market Research Society(MRS), Holland & Barrett, The Southern Coop, Save the High Street and a few Business Improvement Districts (BIDs).

In addition to strong experience working with a large variety of data sources, including customer, transactional data (pos and epos), we have a strong awareness of the type of proprietary and open-source data available and how to source it.
